Think there is another saying its UFO, or think now call UAP by some, where they supposingly come and observe when there is something major happen. Think there was some mentioned the JP one at the nuclear plant there, at night can see many of such flying here and there in the sky. Which begs the question, they seems to know when these sort of things happen.
