This guy ish like "critic" of interior buildings (notch limited to HDB flats) , a boon to home owners and possibly bane to building owners or developers

And this guy quite vocal and "honest" in his evaluation ie. he says chiu pay sho much for chiur home but they gib such substandard quality, chiu all can accept boh

Tat means the unit block casting in factory something wrong, meaning the units below and above have the same issues

Even if not all, the moment a unit is slanted, all the rest above that unit in the column will sure tio
if whole block slanted,
all the resident go kpkb to hdb, if it cannot be fix,
i think hdb might compensate them with antoher new block if not the estate mp might lost at the election.

2 vote per flat,
ony block easily few hundred votes

I think the rough floor slab in the video was casted on site to cover the seams/gaps between the ppvc modules.

Nowadays some HDB flat building projects are awarded to by tiongland construction firms just like some of the MRT projects so don’t be surprised tofu construction are already happening…

wont be surprised if a repeat of 1986 happens again in sg

if the slant is so bad that a marble will move by itself on the floor, than its a serious issue.

154 not balls to report coz it may put pap in bad light and it may result in many new home owners hire people to see if the flat are slanted

if a lot of unit goanna, sure a lot of home owners will kpkb since they paid so much for the new flat.

Last time my fren bought a old resale 3 rm at marsling. When inside his house. Floor really slanted towards the kitchen and you dun need laser measurements to feel it. Just physically there will feel slanted liao. I told my fren this is a build in feature. Morning wake up will roll to the kitchen side where the toilet is to prepare for work.
