very risky if cannot confirm get the cashback due to first come first serve in TnC. I Shifting from DBS multiplier at 2.1% now but need to risk for 3 month for 1.38% only if cannot get cashback. the First come first serve is tricky.

If they let you know early if you qualify it'll be good but don't recall gxs does that.

I asked cso about previous only got confirmation about fresh funds in can't see the rest. asked if will send email for new Xmas one reply won't . only confirmed my balance is still above the base and fresh funds.
but actually even if fail previous boost also cannot take out till end Jan cos the fresh funds are based on the aggregate bal on Nov 16 for existing customers or new at time of opening bah .

Feels like some generic clause that they put in for little reason. Typically if there's a quota, it will be specified e.g., first XXXX.
But yea, if worried, maybe good to deposit earlier. Personally I'll just do it on 30 Dec.

Too far too trace back for me. I joined last year or so. And I did receive email to ask me to hold on the funds until xxxx to get the cashbacks. Anyway I can only hope they do the same this time round.

liddat this kind of promo a little bit stinky & disadvantaged to consumers, there is no indication of whether will qualify when u place your money in. They can always play dirty & not give it to you even when u have placed it now, they can always claim quota met and so did not qualify.

I didn't use GXS for a long time. Don't think I join those. Your Boost 1 and 3 issit same type of promotion? I can't believe if they offer so high rate and I missed it?

2 different campaigns.

1 was in Oct and 1 was in Nov.

$20,000 3 months with Bonus $40 EIR 2.18%
$5,000 3 months with Bonus $20 EIR 4.58%

Boost1 was quite low at 2.18% but iirc the best during Oct.

This new Xmas one is even higher at 5.74%.

So these 2 latest ones they didn't send you any email or in app notification that says you're in? Then how on earth you know you're in? It is no good for them to let you hold until the end then say you're not entitled isn't it?

I asked cso he only can confirm 1 and 3 are fresh funds but anyway can't cancel since it will affect Xmas as their baseline is Nov 16 to count the excess balance above it for the Xmas Cashback, you re-do them for Xmas also no use so got to wait till after end Jan in any case . if I interpret it right

I think after Xmas promo there might be CNY promo. If topping up max amt for the Xmas promo we might not be eligible for CNY promo if they require fresh funds..
