PLQ really is not giving off a shopping center vibe.
more like an area for office workers to go ...

so cafe and F&B and karaoke and pubs and banks and ntuc still ok.
buy clothes really will not go there

Don’t think H&M is doing well here unlike Uniqlo which is still expanding in SG keep opening store in every new mall.
H&M in Kallang Wave- is it still there or closed shop ? That mall there is like ghost town on weekdays

I don't like Uniqlo, they r not bbfa friendly. Some more I find some of their t-shirts will shrink after washing.

went to H&M before but nothing much of fancy
maybe its fashion range caters to those youths/teenagers/mid 20s
