anyone know what else can i do?

i couldn't find the CD. already tried to make USB as bootable drive with the H61MLXR2.CAP file dowloaded but still showing same error message.

Don't make it bootable. Format it normally as FAT32

i tried formatting to FAT32 but doesn't work. when i restarted the PC, the first screen i see is as per the picture above. i have no option to change to bootable drive to read.

not sure what triggered this. my dad was checking emails on the PC when it suddenly showed this.

FYI, bad RAM can also cause such an error.
