H80I Fan not running

Hi,

I just bought a H80I cooling a month ago, at first the corsair Lego would lights up, but now it wont lights up but i just ignore it as long as it works...But now, When i power up my com, the fans would run until i reach my window login, both fan stopped running...any solution?

if you're plugged in to corsair link can you check the status of your system?

i couldnt check....whenever i try opening the corsair link...it take soo long to open...

I tried plugging the 2 h80i fan into motherboard pin....and it shows my both fan 1000rpm... Btw i using the corsair link beta version

do you mean stuck at 1000rpm? or around there. the rpms should fluctuate

your fans should be connected to the y splitter coming off the top of the cpu waterblock not to mobo otherwise i dont think u can control via corsair link i think

yes...i tried connect to the Y splitter and the fan wont move...now i have no choice that why i connect to motherboard

Did u try both ports on the pump? There are 2 pwm ports though. Maybe 1 is defective?
