Hi all,

I got question to ask.
i am currently using H80I, and whereby my temp i getting is 10-27degrees.
this temp is when i am using the internet browser etc.
when i am playing BF4 it will reach to 70-80+ near 90 degress at times.

is this normal??

i got this H80I as a birthday gifts. It not been open before.
so when i do the installation.
I did a configuration by fan blowing into the radiator and a fan sucking it out. (i am not whether i did right or wrong)

10-27c idle ? You living in UK or something ? :)

Anyway your temps are too high assuming stock speeds. Reseat the aio properly.

Also after bf4 or cpu load does the temps drop down quickly or slowly ?

Aio means all in one. Typical name for these sort of coolers suggest you remount your pump.

I run a 4770k stock on h100i, getting 25c average idle and full load 67 c on Prime/IBT thereabouts. Not saying you should achieve that howver single 120/140mm coolers should only be 3 to 5c higher on load.

Also depends on your ambient temps . I run my rig in a 21c rroom

Ah in.
Oh boy it going to take me a while.
Do I need to re-put the thermal paste?
Hmm ambient temp didn't take note of that
My casing is without any side windows bitfenix shinobi

Never mind ambient temp. You in air con room ? If so what's the set temp ?

Depends on condition of the TIM when u plug it out. Some people losen the backplate to allow play in order to turn the pump left/right little to re spread . If you intend to pull it off complete just observe if the Tim has black holes (e.g non spreaded areas). If so then replace, if not just simply Reseat and do the rotation to spread.

Not air con room
My room maybe around 30 temp
I thinking worst case may happen to need to remove completely.

If u no air con there's no way your idle temps can go below ambient.

Just Reseat it and try again. Also, when you mounted the backplate was it loose?

So problem resolved ? Seating problem as we guessed as much. Good temps now anyway.

Cheers
