Gonna make the above build, but should I go for H170 with i5-6400 with DDR4 ram? THis will be a gaming pc, not sure if the 6th gen & ddr4 will make any real-life difference for gaming pc. Thanks for the input!

Ur budget seem limit. Try aim for best bang for buck

Get a better graphic card instead of newer chips and mobo. Your graphic card some mid tier card only

H170 route. The next time u wanna upgrade the comp, can re-use the DDR4 RAMs instead of buying new ones.

For gaming, everything is ********t. I5 +H81 +gtx970 is the real deal , if u budget tight
