hack for public good means u r licensed?

This kind of "hack" is hackathon kind, make things one, not hack as in poke holes in stuff and exploit vulnerabilities.

You be surprised that this type of heckathon end up creating more BA, PM, QA tester than dev and other more technical personal.
DBS got the same type of event also in the past where they hire for seeders and many of them end up in functional roles rather than the dev they need for java legacy apps.
