Many places... how cheap is cheap? You do know that the dirt cheap type, they might be using some China made HSA non-approved products?

bro, what neo meant was some of the cheap salons use low grade China made HSA non-approved products..

in short, you pay peanuts you get monkeys.. there's a bare minimum to pay for standard quality... just like the if the cost price of dye is $10, they can't be charging for $8 and making a loss or at $10 and not earning ??

so if they charge ridiculously cheap for certain "expensive" items / treatments / services, you have to be careful

anyway, judge and decide for yourself...
