That’s what my hair dresser said also, when washing hair apply shampoo twice to wash the scalps clean.

This one correct , not shampoo 2x per day.
But I find that's not necessary. Just need to massage the shampoo into the scalp , if short hair.
Skin doctor got check my scalp

I actually agree with this but it's likely cos I've been using hair wax everyday for as long as I can remember. probably 20+ years liao.

used to do only once per shower, but my hair/scalp didn't feel clean so I did again and it felt much better plus looked much better.
