HALO Combat Evolved Single Player version 3 (a mod) under the "Game Content Usage Rules" by M$.

Welcome to SPV3.1 .
Things could not be simpler for you to start playing.
The installer bellow contains the mod, and Halo CE. All you have to do is run it, and it does the rest. If you do not have Halo Custom Edition installed, don't worry. The installer will do that for you. You only need to provide a CD key to enter in to validate your install.
Everything else should be self explanatory.
