Hi Guys,

Need your advise,
My flight touch down at 1535 and my airport bus ticket is 1700.
Do i have enough time to clear custom and take the 1700 bus?

I am travelling with Wife and my child, a toddler.

is it too risky?

Why don’t you buy at the counter after you clear customs ?

With babies, they can sometimes direct you to a faster route at immigration, so you might be able to make it. If not, perhaps the ticket can be exchanged with a later timing. The only part you need to wait is at baggage collection so perhaps in SG you can inform them first.

Way too risky to buy tickets first as there could be unforseen delay.

I doubt you can exchange your tickets to a later bus if the bus has already departed. After all, they have already reserved the seats for you instead of selling to a passenger who could have boarded the bus.

Personally, I always consider alternatives in case the schedule doesn't go the way I plan.

Haha I usually cater 1.5-2hra for immigration but everytime v lucky n clear within 30mins. If I’m early I just wait for time or take earlier timing.

Usually airport bus tix bought in advance is flexi, meaning U go and exchange for the timing U want aka open tic

Now that i see the timing, i took the same flight twice..first trip back in 2015 and the most recent trip which is last Oct..

I purchase the bus ticket at around 4.30pm for 4.45pm bus on my last trip.

Same here. Fastest was 30mins from touch down to boarding the bus. Seldom goes beyond 1hr, at least for me.
