hang when upgrade to Android 7

My zenfone 3 prompt me to upgrade to android 7 and I do, initially no problem after upgrade but when I power off my phone, it take very long time and I try to off it but it don't response when I touch the restart on the screen and now it hang at half way of power off and can't on also can't off with black screen with power off stuck half way. Beside take back to Asus, what else can I do to restore the phone ? anyone try to upgrade before ?

well, could you shut it down by holding down the power button and repeating the update to see if it works?

zenfone 3 is the non-removable battery, this morning wake up and the phone is off due to battery dry out. After charging, lucky it can be started so faster backup my phone then. I afraid if I restart it will happen again.

Try a factory reset.

Hmm if problem persists do bring it down to get the rom reflashed. Shouldn't be the case
