Hard disk helps

Hello bros, as mentioned in the subject header.

Basically my harddisk shows in my computer as H drive but cannot be accessed. I would to revive it, but if i cant i plan to just remove it.

Which leads to part 2, i tried to go my computer, right click to manage to identify the name of the H drive but i cant too.
Help would be much appreciated

go cmd
diskpart
list disk
select disk x
clean
assign.

If cannot maybe hdd dont work

Follow your steps will wipe the drive clean, not sure if there is data on disk.

go cmd
diskpart
list disk
select disk x
clean
assign.

If cannot maybe hdd dont work
