Hardcopy or electronic version of book?

Do you all prefer hardcopy version of a book or the electronic version?

Any reason why you prefer one of those?

if just novel i prefer epub or mobi.

I prefer hardcopies. But they don't last.

hardcopy is better feel. but normally textbook/reference book is 1000+ pages so ebook is better.

for work related i prefer electronic copy, esp the most up to date info ish usually online documents, not even a book... book ish at least a yr behind the published date.

for leisure i would usually go for hard copy. novels, manga etc...
