Harddisk Problem

sorry to bother help again.
sold a harddisk online n the person coming back say harddisk faulty.
can anyone help see if the disk is faulty?

Inconclusive info, spin up time indicate motor is having problem reaching operational speed. BTW, you did a normal error scan before selling?

physically honestly bro cannot see...state the brand and size and get it connected to ur pc to troubleshoot

I did a test before i sell it

he used it for 3 days before reporting it to be faulty.

You should uncheck Quick scan when scanning for errors. But this will take a much long time to complete.
