I wanna ask if my new budget build is it able to play gta v or other similar kind of games at high specs settings?

Asus I5 4590
Asus gtx 970 4gb strix ddr5
Samsung evo 850 250gb ssd / forgot the brand 1tb hhd
16gb ram

hi guys,

Im still having screen tearing when playing gta v even on normal settings..
lag and spike when watching youtube, have to move the mouse for smooth viewing.

Anyone knows what is the problem?

weird problem. can u try running browser without any addons? eg firefox safe-mode, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/937838

I tried running on internet explorer it works ok but chrome no..
even so when im playing games like gta v with scene playing it also spike and lag till i move my mouse...

suggest check for unknown/suspicious startups & running processes for possible virus/malware... while u wait for other pple to comment.
