Hardware issue? "tututu" sound

Hi bros, im facing this problem here when i play CSGO. It keep having the "tututu" sound every now and then when im playing.. The whole game is jerking, lagging and freezes whenever i move.. I realised the sound comes whenever u press a button. Any idea whats this problem? Helppppps!

PC is less than a year with below specs:
OS: Win 7
CPU: i5-4460
MOBO: ASROCK B85M-HDS
RAM: G SKILL RIPJAWS-X 12800/1600MHZ 8GB
GFX: PALIT GTX 750Ti STORMX
SSD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 120GB (Game is installed in HDD)
PSU: SEASONIC M12II EVO EDT 620W

hello expert , if u wanna find out defect for ur pc or phone whatever devices , izit better to check in a factory default settings ? U didn't even know he got kena virus or not. and its just a suggestion , no need open big fire

Already turn off sticky keys but occasionally will occur leh.. how come ah? helppp!

Did you set 'Shift' button on your keyboard for in game function? Cos spamming 5 times consecutively will activate accessibility StickyKey.

Its your "STICKY KEY" setting. Go to My Computer , search and disable it , should solve your problems.
IF you're still facing this problem , check your language switching key combination (If you enabled it). Mine previously has something to do with Shift button , and it annoys me alot.

Set language to English (US) or English (UK) only. Disable other language inputs and try see if the problem still occurs. I used to have Chinese (Singapore) enabled, then certain in-game key combos switch entire game to Chinese character input.
