I've been having abit of a weird problem booting up my 20 months old PC.

I've been having trouble booting up my PC, like it doesn't even POST and just goes into a startup loop (doesn't even go into BIOS)

The only way to resolve it is to reseat the RAM. I've not tried reseating any other hardware yet.

This happens usually after shutting down my PC, not when I restart it.

I suspect it's a faulty memory stick but I have no idea which one. Initial testing shows that they are fine. Should I test it one by one?

Hardware as follows:

Intel i7-4770K + Corsair H100i
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H
ASUS GeForce GTX 780 DirectCU II OC
Kingston HyperX Beast 16GB DDR3-2133MHz
Intel SSD 730 Series 240GB x 2 / WD Red 2TB x 2
Qnix QX2710 Evolution II 27" 1440p
Racoon Tube Amplifier SG-300 / AudioEngine A5+
Asus Black Internal Blu-Ray Drive (BC-12B1ST)
Corsair AX860
Corsair Obsidian 750D
Windows 10 / Mac OS X 10.10

Run memtest86 on each single stick of ram to find out which is faulty. If yours is a kit, send both to distro.
