To update, more issue surface, i experience 2 times blue screen for the past 2 night while surfing youtube.

stopcode: system service exception
what fail : nvlddmkm.sys

already run SMART and Memtest, everything seems ok.

Nvidia Driver Conflict.
Update to latest drivers from Nvidia Website.
Or roll back to older drivers.

Remove your graphics card, uninstall nvidia app and then use the onboard graphics. Update windows and see if there is any problem.

yes, i did install the Asus AI suite, and i notice the program is in 32 bit, could it be the cause? Cos my OS is 64 bit...

64 bit OS is compatible with 32 bit program. Not possible the other way round.

hmm.. another thing which puzzle is that whenever i shut down PC and on back again, my firefox browser default search engine will change to Yahoo instead of google.

Tried deleting the yahoo search engine afew times, but it keep coming back...

I have a similar problem. Keep experiencing browser crashing when watching youtube or twitch. It will then enter into BSOD stating memory management error.

Never have problem playing games like BF1 etc. hdd, ssd and memory diagnostic tool also shows no problem at all

check firefox's list of addons
check windows list of programs installed

see got any suspicious or unfamiliar names of addons or programs
