Haswell owners: Is OC really difficult?

I keep on reading about how hard it is for 4670k and 4770ks to hit over 4.5ghz and so went with ivy bridge. But now I read on xtremesystems on people hitting 5ghz+ which they claim is on air or aio loops. Perhaps intel has improved its processes and newer chips now can clock higher?

Can I ask if any 4670k owner has hit 5ghz on air or aio watercooling?

Yes and No respectively. For the latter, it's still the same factors: YMMV/silicon lottery/golden chip

delid will help temps. but i'm not so sure how many extra MHz it pushes.
so can I conclude that no one has a stable haswell 5ghz on air or aio here?

I hit 4.5GHz but the temperature is too high; coming at about 80C+ despite I'm using H220 watercooling.

Down clock to 4.3GHz with a more acceptable temperature at 60C+ on load.
