Recently quite dua diao as one guy bought bto stay, walked passed tio ah piao..

Abit confused, so just curious where exactly is the said BTO living in? Said is at new waterfront, dropped off at safra took a walk there, but took wrong turn walk into 17th ave, not sure from which side, but the two places sure seems quite a way off, thus can't help picture how it happened.

I thought that was a real wall. Couldn't tell from the video and pictures.

Think many probably won't think too much about it if quick glance. But after the mention and logically thinking, usually below staircase will have a space one. Not sure if many will have a basement entry there, but usually it would be made use of as some extra storage space, so should come with a door or something even if seal up. Thus it looks odd to seal it up like that with what seems like no access.

If gruesome makes haunted, then the unit at Jurong West Street 65 where the girl was murdered by her boyfriend would be a candidate. He thought she was possessed, her ordeal lasted many hours and he also gorged her eyes out and threw them out the window.
