Having issue with RAM

I supposedly bought an G-skill 8gb 21133MHZ kit from tradepac but....
In my mobo bios, the top of the screen states,
Total Memory:8192MB(DDR3 2133MHZ)
but in the middle of the screen where there is a section called DRAM information, it states
DIMM_A1:G-skill 4096MB 1600MHZ
DIMM_A2:G,skill 4096MB 1600MHZ
May I know if the fault is due to RAM, Fake RAM or MOBO?

if i not wrong ah u need to enable the xmp profile in bios.

AMD mobos does not have XMP. 1600mhz is reading off the JEDEC rating.
Your ram is able to run up to 2133mhz based on XMP.

my mobo is an asus a88xm-a which is the latest fm2+ platform type mobo(A88x). The platform by right should natively/by default be able to allow RAM to run at 2133mhz (overclocked/stock clock). If XMP does not apply to asus and JEDC states that my RAM is running at 1600mhz, what does it mean
