Having issues with Paylah! app

I'm unable to change the bank account that's tied to my Paylah account. I'm able to authenticate and access the page to choose another account, but can't continue after that.

Anyone know who to ask? Would bank teller be able to assist? I've checked through the help section in the app, but it isn't very useful (although I can be very blind sometimes)

Try send a composed mail through ibanking or contact us.

Had to delete the PayLah! account for my dad to re-set up and I did it through that. FAQ wasn’t helpful!

Thanks for replying, how did you delete it? Make a request to DBS customer service?
