Haze causing insomnia..

This is getting ridiculous. You couldn't sleep because you didn't install Aircon right? What has it gotta do with the haze? I agreed it's hard to sleep without Aircon.

I have aircon even have 2 sets of air purifiers but have sinus problem since young: however, the haze makes me mentally and physically sick.

More about the depressing weather but not enough to cause me any effects... I was so dead tired last night I just felt asleep like a dead log. I suspect it can be you are not tired enough.

Everyone is different, cannot compare. I hope i can sleep better tonight. It seems like haze is better today.
