HBM for end-user cpu, what do you think?

Intel has announce hbm for their upcoming server cpu. Maybe we could also see hbm integrated into end-user cpu next time..

Jist thinking perhaps we could have 8 core cpu with 2-8gb hbm. I am thinking perhaps we will have hbm2e and 400-500gb/s bandwidth.

Btw upcoming ddr5 6400 wil have jist around 100gb/s
