HD4770 Win8.1 driver

Have a MSI HD 4770 GFX, running on Win 8.1

Recently getting the Video TDR failure, would like to reinstall display drivers, but keep not able to install Catalyst control center; i.e. after installing, it won't open automatically and also cannot be found in start/anywhere.

Any advice?
