HD7850 run 27"?

hi guys. right now im using 23" I can max all setting on archeage. but im thinking of upgrade the monitor to 27" can my graphic card hander it?

GPU to handle the display output has nothing to do with the size of the monitor.

Resolution is the one you might look into it.

What is your monitor resolution for the 27inch monitor that you are referring to?

1980x1080 should not be an issue.

will 1980x1080 look the same as 23" or better? sorry im a totally noob on all these. the best resolution on 27" can my card hander it?

1080p on a 23" will look better. In layman or in apple terms, it will look more sharpee and clear. 1080p on a 27" will have much more bigger pixels. And yes for 7850 best to stick to 1080p for gaming.
