Amazing how they can make the UX/UI worse as time goes by. These type of things suppose to be already in process over many years...should be tried and tested. Yet somehow they can make it worse.
The old UI was more intuitive. The flats by development were all grouped neatly according to categories. Grouped neatly by town and flat type. Now the BTO scattered all over the place...SBF booking is so counter intuitive...
Queue system when there never was need for queue system.
And to top it off....now the balance flat don't even show the important info like lease commence date. Why they choose to remove this info really baffles me. Book SBF sure need to know how many years left on the lease. How can you remove this info?
