hdb valuation need to tell seller agent?

U don't need to outright tell amount also can ma.

If for courtesy sake, can just tell them
"can match valuation" or "cannot match"
That's all.

Need to top up or not is your daiji to decide ma.

ask u all ah, first time potential resale hdb buyer here. after i get the valuation from hdb hoh, am i obliged the show the valuation report to the seller? or tell them the value of their flat?

hdb site never say such things
Already signed otp mean seller grant u and confirm the selling to u. Tell or dun tell doesn't make any difference.

Once u exercise, seller have to sell to u

Yes loan always base on valuation. That's why it's call cash over valuation.
Yes let say

U confirm buying 500k
Valuation came out 400k, rest of 100k u top up with cash to seller.
