HDD 2Tb WD .....

My external WD 2TB hard drive wont show up in my computer but does under disk management (Windows 7 ultimate).

When i try to initialize it. it says

The Media is write protected.
please help.

Once media is write protected, it can't do anything..

Right click do New Simple Volume aslo doesn't work.
all is highlighted with grey...

Try using this WD Security to unlock the drive.
Which model of external 2TB are u using anyway?

Thanx for the reply..I using WD 2.0TB SATA / 64MB Cache.

I try alot of method still the same.
diskpart all cant work.
still getting disk write proctected..

but will this this method..hopefully it work..
