Hey guys, just need some help with a problem here.

My computer is pre-built, 4 years old I guess.
Recently have some issues with it, the screen will hang then turn black, with my monitor going to power save mode(Which usually means there's no input), so I'm guess my computer hanged.

Occasionally, it'll come back, and issue a prompt that say my display driver failed and have managed to recover.

This caused me to force shut down several times, and now my HDD is under a "Caution" status as detailed by the CrystalDiskInfo program.

I'd like to know what's causing it, and maybe prepare to get a replacement HDD soon to minimize damage done.
