I just change my mobo and power supply last year May 2014.
I also re-sit my rams and re-plug all my wires also same problem, cant load to window.

I went into bios setup, under boot tab, i saw UEFI,
Then 1st boot, 2nd boot etc got no hard disk to select leh.
Under legacy, then can see my ssd hard disk, but cant boot leh if under legacy. It says reboot n select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

Under advanced in bios, sata port 1 & 2 got show my hdd n ssd leh. So what is the issues?

If you actually managed to boot into safe mode with no issues on the HDD and SSD, you should consider reformatting the drives. Meanwhile ensure mobo bios is latest and that your rams and CPU passed the memtest.

I reformatting the drives liao and I did my backup too.
Meanwhile, my bios updated to the latest firmware, my rams and CPU also passed the memtest.

My power supply unit only changed last year MAY 2014 so was my MOBO too.

I just check out my device manger and found this, 1 of my GPU gone?

Right now I can boot into my window liao after I did a restore point. Now can boot into my window without installing any ATI drivers.

So I just remove 1 of the GPU and use 1 for now while I RMA the faulty one?

So you have isolated the problems to be the GFX, have you tried cleaning up the old drivers and reinstalling the new ones to test it? Test it card by card to further isolate the problem. Once you drilled down to a single one then can go RMA liao. Take a picture / screen shot of the issue on the driver.

Meanwhile access AMD Cat. to check if it detects the hardware correctly. If not, make a video or take picture to go down for RMA. Show the tech staff so things can move faster.

Tried install new drivers, problem still persist.
Test and trial on 2 of my graphics card, in the end I'm correct, 1 of the card spoil liao. And the other one is working fine.

Now window can boot to window and work as per normal liao.

Sian need to RMA a 7870. Now thought of upgrading my GPU to a single card and run 1 will do. Any idea which card is good for high setting on 1080p?

if you playing under 1080p should be no issue for 970... as for selling i think you can get around 100 to 150 maybe... roughly around there...
