HDD help

Hi, recently I've diy a new rig. and was reusing my old hdd as that was where my backup stuff from previous pc were. within 3 days of usage, both my hdd went down on me. I had reinstalled OS on both hdd.

It is only detected on bios, hdd is spinning. But it is not showing up on my computer, device manager or disk management. Any advice on what can be done?

Use HDTune to scan for bad sector, uncheck Quick scan.

Your SATA cable could be faulty or not properly plug in.

Replug your SATA cable or change a new one.
