hi! currently using UE Tf10 but it's spoilt at the moment [right earphone soundless].. to make matter worse, i don't know where to repair it since im currently at netherlands till next jan.. was thinking of getting both a new mp3[sensa clip zip] + a temporary IEM to last!

- Your rig: Sensa clip zip
- What type of usage: music/gaming mainly
- File format used in your source: mp3
- Genre of music you listen to: pop
- Headphone / earphone type: IEM [prefer clarity > bass]
- Other requirements: maybe one that is suitable for running once in awhile?
- Budget: ~80sgd

im assuming that the price should be around the same/cheaper considering that im in Netherlands with easier access to amazon services?

Thanks for the help!

You can consider the Audio Technica CKS77X and the Fischer Audio Consonance. :)

 That's a huge upgrade! Joking.
For the price range you will have a lot to choose from. If you do not mind something with looping behind the ear design, you can consider these few:
Sennheiser IE80, Westone 4R, Westone UM3X RC, Shure SE535/SE535 SE and Ultimate Ears 900.
Depending on your sound preference, they might or might not suit your taste. But from personal experience, if you prefer vocals more you can consider the SE535 SE. But for more general type the Westone 4R might be better.

- Your rig : Soon to puchase iBasso DX50
- What type of usage : Music
- File format used in your source : MP3, Flac maybe?
- Genre of music you listen to : Electronic mainly and other mainstream music
- Headphone / earphone type : Custom IEMs
- Budget : <$1000

I will not be using a portable amp, so the DX50 must be powerful enough to drive the IEM.

advise? thanks...

What do you mean by Westone 4R is more general? Comparing The ones you suggested which is more suitable?

As what LionPlushie had interpreted. Suit more kind of songs. It will depend on what is your sound preference. Personally for me as I listen to different genres, I would prefer the Westone 4R.

Able to suit more kind of songs, I guess.
Yup. :D

Not sure if it would sound better than the default Samsung earphones as listening is subjective to individual preference. But if you're looking for something that has volume control for Samsung devices, there is the Soul SL99S.
