They have a better balance compared to the Klipsch S4. :) If you are looking at Klipsch the Reference model might be better

Do both have at least noise isolation/cancellation?

Are their cables durable as I read some reviews that Klipsch's cable is quite fragile?

hi guys, my Eterna finally gave way. Want a budget $120 IEM recommendation.

- Your rig: Sony walkman mp3 player
- What type of usage: Music
- File format used in your source: mp3 (FLAC if i upgrade my player, so keep this open)
- Genre of music you listen to: metal (not too much bass, more on clarity)
- Headphone / Earphone type: iem earpiece/noise isolation
- Other requirements: Optional: L shaped jack
- Budget: Around $120 +- 10

Thanks

Cable quality for both pretty similar =) not very lasting but depends on the user too

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a good value pair of headphones or earphones.

- Your rig (laptop or Samsung S2)
- What type of usage (music)
- File format used in your source (mp3)
- Genre of music you listen to (jazz and pop... I appreciate a good amount of bass)
- Headphone / earphone type (earbuds for earphones... No IEMs... can't fit :( )
- Other requirements (if any) (mic for S2, volume control and noise isolating is a plus)
- Budget ($120 - $150)

Thanks in advance.

i bought the Shure240 headphones a month ago and i gotta say im very satisfied with it for a good 94 bucks

the only setback is that its not very comfortable on the neck and when im outdoors i tend to leave my headphones around my neck when im not listening to it as its quite tight in a way and doesnt extend that much....also the cord is abit too long

but sound quality and comfort wise when listening its very good

Earbuds with mic and volume control, and noise isolation... err.. err..

if can forgo those functions you want the usual suspects will be YUIN and perhaps the newer TM7 from Blox.. Or the HiSound Audio's Live earbud and probably the Dunu EX150.. I doubt there's any places selling these locally though, perhaps Jaben might have the YUIN or their own crossroads HR1/2

Thanks for the recommendations. As for the Mic and etc, it's a plus... Not a must... Hehe. Can't expect that much but it's a good dream.
