Hi there, currently looking for a decent IEM for my everyday listening.. my ATH-CKS99 broke down on me due to worn off cables.

- Your rig: Iphone 5 or on laptops
- What type of usage: Music
- File format used in your source: MP3 at 320kbps
- Genre of music you listen to: Trance & electronic most of the time and metal
- Headphone / earphone type: IEM, sound performance first before comfort
- Other requirements: Detachable cables would be great but not a must
- Budget: $200 to $350

I have scaled down to these 3 options: Shure215ltd, shure315 (not sure whether the $100 increase is worth the 315) and Westone1. Thanks alot!

You can try 215ltd. This should pair well with a proper amp with you ip5.

- What type of usage: Music
- File format used in your source: MP3
- Genre of music you listen to: Instrumental or vocal centric genre
- Headphone / earphone type: IEM Clarity with moderate bass
- Other requirements: Comfort
- Budget: $200-250

Posting on behalf on my gf who is looking for a new set of IEMs.

She demoed the Shure 215ltd and liked the tonality and SQ.
However she wasn't too keen about the way one has to put it on and the comfort.

Looking for something similar in that price range.

Tks!

If you don't like over the ear design, I think TDK IE800 would be good for vocal centric sound

the problem is my desktop in office is below table and I wish to listen to the radio/song when I work. Just wireless headphone

there is a difference between a wireless headphone and a headphone with radio

buying a wireless headphone ALONE... does not give u FM radio function

you still need to get a FM Radio to connect to the transmitter of the wireless headphone

in picture form

need to buy this

thanks for helping. Actually I don't mind $80 if the cheapest cost this much but of course if it cost $30 I will be happy.

I don't want use extender as I am constrained by the wire. Just like using a corded vs cordless mouse
