will continue to use my hd25 at work, just want an iem for the street and home, sometimes for work when i dont want to carry my hd25 around. i dun mind ciem as well. most importantly to fit every citeria i put as above, if not close to it.

Hi there, you can try claiming the warranty of the JVC also. For local purchased set there is one year warranty from the local distributor.

You can consider the Razer Tiamat 2.2 also. It features additional low frequency driver to give off a stronger bass which will make gaming sounds more engaging.

yes for desktop ....actually correction to to my specs earlier let the headphones just be stricktly for desktop use

For something with mic for desktop use we would only have the range from Steelseries and Razer now. Which are more targeted towards gaming use. A direct upgrade to the SRH240 would be the SRH440. Perhaps you could give that a try, as for the mic maybe you can consider getting a separate mic rather than those built onto the headphones.

Hi there, do consider the Shure SE215 Blue, Westone 1 and the JVC FXT90. The bass of the 215 and FXT90 will be stronger. If you prefer something with better clarity the Westone 1 will be better.
