I would personally prefer the Westone UM Pro 30 over Westone W30 since I find it with more transparent vocals and its treble is more extended, has wider soundstage. IMO, the W30 has a warmer sound. The Audio Technica ATH-IM30's housing is quite big for my ears so I don't get good isolation and it is a bit sharp for my liking. Ultimate Ears UE900 is more balanced sounding out of all the other models being mentioned, so if I get to choose between these four, I'll take UM Pro 30 and UE900.

However, you can still explore your options with custom IEMs since you prefer with good isolation. You can consider the models from Unique Melody and currently we are having a free shipping for any UM full custom or reshell (usual $50). Audition units are available in both of our stores. It is best to try them first as sound is always subjective.

I'll do suggest bro that you get those IEM meant for sports/ gym use, those that are sweat-resistant because I am assuming that you were using those IEM that is really not suggested for those type of activities. In that way, it is quite reasonable if they get spoiled easily compared to those meant for sports/ running usage once affected by sweat. If you don't mind those wired IEMs, you can check out models from Yurbuds and some from Audio Technica that are quite value for money. For wireless ones, a bit out of the budget but you can try our popular model, Plantronics Backbeat Go 2.
