Headphones Recommendations

My friend is looking for a headphone below $70. Any recommendations for one that does NOT have noise cancellation, durable(especially the cord), has a built in microphone and has 2 jacks(one for mic and one for audio, he does not want the ones with usb)?
It would be used for listening to music and gaming.

Its over budget.
