Just got a low key ICT for the above mentioned unit.

Does anyone know what HQ 3rd Div do? Also any difference between HQ 3rd Div and 3rd Div?

HQ 3Div is the HQ of 3rd Div..

anyway, unit is there doesnt mean anything also until there is a war

HQ 3rd Div... Still ok lah. ICT there quite relax. My NSmen officers there all complain the most xiong exercise is a reece trip with the commanders there. They miss NS unit days. Some are forced to recycle.

Those NSFs serving there I often see them in canteen, messes even before break times.

the hardcore part of 21div are the guardsmen, other than that they are pretty much the same as the other div.

MP.. if you are men, check people's bunk for prohibited items, ensure roll call is correct during spot checks etc

Well considering 21 Div is made of mostly of active and NS Guards units, it is pretty "hard core"

i've witnessed their highkey joint exercise (21div) firsthand before... and i can say its indeed "hardcore"
