how long does it normally takes?

i bought one for my newborn.. since birth.. after 11 weeks.. still no news..

but all the other expensive plan i buy is already processed.. :s11::s11:

11 weeks is too long. Should not be more than 6 weeks. Call your agent to check.

Payable by medisave will needs fund from cpf to be deducted first.

For cash payment, usually once case accepted and premium paid.

You need to check with your agent if the case has been accepted and premium paid.

thx for the replies... yes.. agent say waiting cpf.. i have called cpf actually to check.. and find the deduction occurred on 1-oct..
