How is that considered healthy? Duck meat is higher in fat, especially with the skin, and pork char siu is also quite fatty—not to mention the sugary sauce it’s coated in.

Your thread title is so misleading—kind of like recent journalism claiming you can bring bak kwa in from Malaysia without mentioning the caveats. 😂 But hey, I can't argue with you on liking char siu—it's definitely a win! :lick:

Yup definitely healthy...

Healthy portion of protein and fats, some sodium, and a mandatory cursory appearance of some fibre.

Who cares about vegetables?
