I believe there should be one or two Daiso around
108¥ one pack inside number of pieces depending on the size

Pharmacy/cosmetics/toiletry shop also sells them but a bit more ex if u buy one piece by one piece
U go calculate

I never use but my family members feedback that Daiso (SG) one not bad, quite warm.
Those single pack in Pharmacy/cosmetics/toiletry they use and say not as warm as Daiso and more expensive.

thanks guys, however , heat back to be hand carry or check in? thks

why would you need to hand carry onboard? you will not need to use it till you are there so just check in and i have not faced any problem with the check in bag when there were some left-over heat packs in my luggage.

I always checked it in. As what many said. It is something that is commonly available in 7-11, Lawson etc. It is probably as common as Tissue Paper.

cheaper and better ones in japan... and more variety... got big or small... for adults and children... for strollers or put inside pockets... there are even heat packs for pets... and you can almost get it anywhere there...

maybe just bring 1-2 for the first day...

you can easily pick up all the heatpacks you need either at the convenience shop in the airport, or at the train station before you board the train. since you will need to buy some water and food for your train ride or break up your large notes into smaller ones.
