Asrock b75M DGS + i5-3350p ~ $271
Crucial 8gb 1600mhz ~ $89
WD Blue 1tb ~ $76
Plextor m5s 128gb ~ $128
Powercolor r9 270 2gb ~ $245
CM311 + FSP Hexa 500w 80+ ~ $105
Samsung ODD ~ $21
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEM ~ $115

Total ~ $922 Buy at tradepac. DIY

Your budget a bit too tight for the enforcer. Its expensive $139.

Not unless you wanna fit in the budget you drop to i3.

mmm... i don't mind expanding my budget for a good chasis... qns is if cmstorm scout 2 or cm690II advance (nvidia edition) are any good? haha

i also noticed nobody seems to recommend windows 8/8.1... is there any particular reason why other than the new UI?

If you rather spend more on a good chassis then you should not even think about that 2 chassis that you saw.

CM Chassis have never been nice looking or even good quality. The only so call nice and good chassis is their Cosmos. Other than that most of it is crap quality.

If i were you i rather swap out for Corsair Chassis, Fractal Design, LianLi or NZXT.
