HELP. 1.2K BUDGET WITH OUT GPU AND PSU

Hey Fellow Pros

Kinda need help in building my new pc.
the reason of no need GPU its because im waiting for the 1070 to be release.
and for psu wise i have a 750w bronze.

So basically i have 1.2k budget to get everything excluded GPU/PSU/KEYBOARD/MOUSE/MONITOR/CDROM/SPEAKER.

Build for Gaming latest game and for streaming

Well do u wanna OC? If not can dun bother both of them. But I though ur 1.2k is excluding those parts that you have? Not sure how much will it be over if u want a i7 chip.

It will be 670 if u wanna get i7 6700(cpu + mobo)

but if im not gonna oc it i should not get a z170 board right ? h170?

Yea if u not gonna OC can get h170 board, just that it will have slightly lesser than z170

But for the ram if u ok, u can get normal values like kingaton/crucial, dun need to get those high end ram.

Well I'm not sure if u really need i7 or i5, although in long run both are still alrite just that i7 will be par or better than next gen i5.

As for cpu cooler u can use Intel stock fan.

as in if I buy the samsung ssd and harddisk from amazon USA , it will come out at 215 or 10% less than the bundle price $240

if I buy them separately from lazada and use coupon and shopback , the ssd can be cheaper than amazon

I use both of these items so I know their pricing

for the h170 motherboard and 6700 pricing I don't have the number in my head
but I know ddr4 ram prices can be easily inflated in outdated local pricelist

now 8+8gb ddr4 2133mhz only 55 us dollars at amazon ... or 78 sing dollars
so effectively you are paying around $720 for the non overclock cpu and non overclock motherboard .... very bad price
I would downgrade the motherboard to MSI b150m series ... can save $100+
