Hi guys , im a 17years old going to study in ite on 16jan 2014
i got my registration letter and complete the registration before going to ite
I have to wait for my medical checkup on the feb. I can't defer on the ns portal after the registration was done... can you guys help?

You need to call the ns hotline. they will open a case for you in which an officer will follow up with you when you sent them the letter which states you r a student of ITE. Get it from your school.
