If you gonna OC your cpu, you need Z87 mobo. i5-4670K + msi Z87 G45 or asrock z87 extreme 4. Also, u need a more bigger cooling solution such as noctua D14 or corsair h80i/h100i, seidon 120m/240m, thermaltake 3.0 pro/extreme.

Can consider giga/msi r9 280x as it has 3 yrs warranty.

maybe can consider Dell S2340L @$219. not sure on VS248H price.

If you not gonna OC, just use your intel stock cooler. If wan 3rd party, get deepcool gammaxx 300 will do. And just get i5-4570 + msi b85m g43 / msi b85 g43 gaming.

Tradepac is a place if u wan gd discounts. But only for lao jiaos or ppl that can bargain and wun be swayyed over to get other parts. Also, best is not to let them build for you. Either bring home and DIY or bring to #02-32, nigel's shop to ask him to help u fix up and pay him some DIY fee. But i vote for self DIY, more shiok feeling when you press the power button.

otherwise, get from pc themes, not much discounts can be given but they are trustable.

i have no idea, people says its the best out of the 280x.
Which other 280x is one of the tops"?

First rule of pc building, don't just buy parts because people say it's good, do check out reviews and benchmarks on performance, temp and noise. Then choose the one that you think have the best price, performance and aesthetics. Don't follow blindly ma... Not everyone build are perfect, but the build you choose yourself is the most suited one for you. Got this from experience, cause people keep recommend sharkoon t28 say it's good, end up I don't even like the design of the case Lols, now regretting

If you are acceptable to the looks of BD28, then go ahead. If not, try cater some budget to it and get a better case.

Also, do you need b85 gaming features? otherwise, can save costs by getting b85m g43. If you also no need ODD, can remove it. Total amoutn saved from these 2 removals can make get u a better case.

Lastly, your prices based on which shop?

BD28 seems cool for the case. Mostly transparent with colours.
What are the gaming features for it? I researched its more on the audio.
ODD not much use i guess. I think i can remove it.

It's the only b85 board that can xfire , better onboard audio, killer Ethernet that gives you better ping, Dragon designs. The normal de don't have all these just normal b85 board without xfire, plain design, normal onboard audio and ethernet.

Actually most B85 can xfire, but it will be at x8 x4, instead of x8 x8 on z87 mobo.
