Help and advice needed on graphics card

I have a Acer Z5771 AIO pc with Nvidia geforce GT 520 .
can i upgrade the graphics card for AIO pc ?
if can,what are the things that i need to be know when purchasing a graphics card and during installation ?
when i go to Device Manager -Display adapters,what i see are Intel R HD Graphics Family and NVIDIA GeForce GT 520.

It may not fit into aio pc chassis. Unless you know the length clearence of the chassis.

I'm quite sure the conventional gpu can't fit into the AIO PC. Especially acer casing.
